Overview and Responsibilities
Our Digital Account Management team is looking for an Account Strategist to join our team! Within this role, you will be responsible and looked to for all project management and client relation duties while working alongside the Sales team. Responsibilities can include reporting campaign metrics, acting as the main point of contact for the client’s day-to-day inquiries, leading the project from start to finish internally, and analyzing performance post-campaign. This role works alongside various departments, gaining exposure to many different teams, learning opportunities, and aspects of the business. Responsibilities:
• Assist with pre-sales process by uncovering and encouraging leads, conducting research, participating in creative brainstorming, building and customizing sales materials, and ultimately developing strategic media and integrated marketing proposals to deliver on client campaign objectives
• Act as main point of contact for clients on active campaigns for overall execution and media specific inquiries
• Lead post-sales process by working with internal teams such as Production, Talent, Legal, Finance and Operations to facilitate program execution and ensure all client deliverables are met
• Lead and run all media plan development working in conjunction with the sales team to best optimize for the client
• Participate in sales presentations and conference calls as needed
• Act as main point of contact for clients on active campaigns regarding execution and media optimizations
• Facilitate internal Research studies in order to deliver post-campaign results to clients
• Own the creation of Wrap Report decks internally and client facing
• Lead sales CRM systems, prospecting tools, pipeline and forecast reports
• Review industry trades to stay current with developments in online advertising and online media
• Research, gather and share competitive market information
Basic Qualifications
• Up to 1 year of experience in a digital media or digital marketing company; experience in a client-facing role is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, digital media, or other business-related field is required
Additional Qualifications
• Integrity, passion, resourcefulness, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, SalesForce, and/or other CRM systems
• Able to successfully work as an individual within a startup culture and fast paced team
• Excitement for and familiarity with the rapidly evolving branded content, influencer marketing and social media space will be a huge plus as we evaluate candidates
