Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can make an impact? Come join the Convergent Ad Sales team! The Account Executive, Convergent Ad Sales, will be responsible for calling on a list of Media Agencies with a focus on their Video Investment Teams to drive advertising revenue across all platforms within ViacomCBS. The AE works across multiple sales channels, including Linear, Digital, Social, Experiential, and Data/Advanced Advertising. The successful candidate is a strategic business thinker, outstanding client service provider & problem solver who is deeply knowledgeable about their clients' business. Account Executives at ViacomCBS are great teammates, multi-taskers, highly organized, have strong listening skills and are able to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders. The AE position is supported by CSRs and SSEs, who will lead day-to-day account maintenance and plan building. SSEs are also available for ad hoc projects and general account stewardship.
• 5 years experience in Advertising Sales/Media/Marketing.
• Proven ability to develop positive relationships with key decision makers.
• Proven history of deal-making and revenue performance.
• Strong industry knowledge across multiple categories.
• Must be a strategic individual possessing qualitative/quantitative skills to develop highly prescriptive account plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented team player.
• Passionate about training and mentoring more junior team members.
