Full Time Job
Reporting to the Director, Brand Partnerships, Southeast Asia, you would play a pivotal role in the Brand Partnerships team. Actively participating in the development of business strategy, leading a team to support and oversee all Adsales related campaign execution. Ensuring that all brand partnerships efforts are align with the overall strategies for the brands to drive broader awareness and engagement with our audience.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the other brand and business teams to uncover opportunities, insights and build creative solutions for the brand partnerships team to bring to market
• Work closely with external vendors in developing event, digital partnerships with a vision to increase brand awareness, content creation, audience acquisition and revenue upside for our offerings
• Build and manage internal solution packages, optimizing budgets, creating asset calendars and developing campaign calendar. Tracking performance, benchmarking campaigns, pivoting campaign strategy based on insights
• Conceptualize Adsales / Marketing Partnerships projects and ensure proper brief and communication between sponsorship partners and internal stakeholders
• Manage budget and ensure timely execution of deliverables committed to sponsorships partners. Communicate challenges and offer proactive solutions
• Manage and support all Marketing Parterships events
• Oversee the mananagment of operational tasks including but not limited to: Purchase orders, invoices, MIM certs, media schedule and advertising materials
Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study
• Minimum 6 years working experience, preferably in broadcasting or media industry
• Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a multifaceted environment
• Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize a varied, high-volume workload under pressure while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail
• Good knowledge on MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Having a natural interest in all things social media and digital will be an advantage
