Responsibilities:
• Support VP & Director of Brand Marketing with planning, operational, and executional needs for Paramount and Pluto TV
• Set clear objectives, identify audience targets and build strategies to drive awareness, subscriptions and usage of streaming services at scale
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams, external agencies to build breakthrough campaigns
• Use data and insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns
• Lead international marketing calendar and work across functions to ensure alignment across international campaigns, title marketing, promo pricing offers, seasonal and local campaigns, mapping against US/Global brand beats where possible
• Work across central & local functions to understand, ideate, and detail marketing and creative needs for brand marketing initiatives
• Support team with development of creative and agency briefs
• Handle execution of international brand campaigns
• Partner with agencies and/or Streaming Creative team to deliver on time and on budget; lead trafficking of creative assets to marketing teams
• Develop infrastructure for detailing and centralizing all brand creative and campaign assets (central and local), ensure all brand guidelines are up to date
• Route brand / campaign creative through accurate channels to ensure rights and clearances across internal and external partners
• Build and design campaign launch and recap presentations
• Track brand marketing budgets
Basic qualifications:
• 5 years' experience with entertainment, studio, media, tech, or consumer brands
• Able to drive the strategic and creative planning process
• Able to work cross-functionally with highly-matrixed teams
• Able to prioritize and work on a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to form positive relationships, collaborate and build consensus across various teams
• Excellent communication skills
Additional qualifications:
• Experience in digital subscription services and/or knowledgeable of SVOD/AVOD landscape
• Ability to analyze and apply data to inform impactful marketing strategies
• Strong project management skills
• Hard worker, who can push projects forward with ambiguity and autonomy
• Proactive multi-tasker eager to drive impact
• Pop-culture lover, with a passion for global content & audiences
• Knowledge of international markets
