Overview
The main purpose of this role is to monitor and observe viewing trends and performance of ViacomCBS’s FTA portfolio, and its core competitors, in order to improve revenue opportunities for the business. Be an ambassador for all VCNI channels, internally and externally and adopt and promote the ViacomCBS values and support a culture of inclusion!
• Daily analysis of the overnights
• Tracking the performance of key competitor shows
• Schedule commercial breaks to improve revenue and OFCOM compliance
• Action any late changes or amendments to the schedule
• Liaise with Scheduling, Presentation, and Programming teams to provide airtime evaluations
• Compiling revenue case studies across the whole portfolio
• Communicating programme revenue performance on a monthly basis to the Commissioning and Acquisitions teams
• Supporting the department in the implementation and communication of Programme Ratings
• Monitor, forecast and update ratings for FTA channels every day
• Assist Manager with calculating programme values for return on investment for potential commissions and acquisitions
• Analysis of weekly ratings performance
• Create and carry out internal presentations
• Attend meetings with scheduling team to discuss forthcoming programming
• Train junior members of staff
What skills do you need
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge and interest in television and film
• High level of numeracy
• Demonstrate a strong level of knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• An enthusiastic approach to work and an inquisitive mind
• An ability to work efficiently under pressure and to agreed deadlines
• A disciplined approach to work, ensuring projects and requests are seen through to a proper conclusion
• Previous Airtime Management and Ratings experience necessary. A genuine interest in understanding TV viewing is essential
• Experienced in a customer focused or administrative role
• Numerate and analytical – work accurately with numbers and draw conclusions from the data

• Administration – ability to work consistently, accurately and with a fine attention to detail
• Relationship management – ability to build and develop relationships quickly with a variety of individuals
