Full Time Job
Reporting into the VP, Creative Worldwide Promotions, the Senior Designer will act as a creative story-teller and collaborative partner within the Partnership Marketing team. This role serves as a hands-on creative to support the Partner Sales and Partner Management groups, and will work across all theatrical marketing teams (creative advertising, creative content, research) to develop partner pitch materials and final partner campaigns that are consistent with theatrical film positioning, messaging and creative look and feel.
• Guide and collaborate with Brand Partners to ensure best-in-class storytelling
through all creative executions (print, AV, Digital, etc.)
• Design, Create & Produce Partner Sales Materials Including:
• Engaging film presentations in keynote and PowerPoint
• Ideate sizzle reels for upcoming films
• Custom, brand-specific pitch concepts & ideation
• Developing film narratives and story arcs for pitch material
• Interface regularly with major partners and agency representatives
• Collaborate with creative executives to ensure consistency in pitch materials and partner campaigns
• Assist in distribution of creative assets to sales and partner management with context and strategy of how the assets should be used
• Coordinate with Consumer Products Group on the development and use of style guides, campaign guidelines, promotions guides etc.:
• IP / Franchise Overviews & Research Recaps
• Work across company, Paramount theatrical marketing peers, as well as the Viacom Velocity Team
• Provide on-site creative support for high-level events and meetings
• Demonstrate expertise in current trends in design, art, and pop-culture
• Utilize strong aesthetic skills with a focus on typography, color and layout
Basic Qualifications
• 6 years' experience in creative production at an agency or similar environment
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AV systems and formats
• Bachelor's Degree in design or visual arts strongly desired OR equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and work within a team
• A disruptive and creative storyteller with excellent communication and presentation skills
