Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining Studios, Equipment, client relations and performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, organising/ assisting on shoots and managing office admin duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting on shoots in the Studios
• Assisting with the Production Kit Room and kit wherever possible
• Assisting Lighting and Camera Teams throughout the shoot day in the studio
• Reviewing risk assessments and advising where required
• Gathering shoot information, organising shoots, hiring freelancers and crew for productions
• Maintaining the Studios/Galleries and other areas with in the studio complex to a high shooting standard
• Managing the backend equipment of the Studio/Scene doc and ensuring all equipment is available
• Coming up with new initiatives to improve the studio complex and at the same time improving shooting flexibilit
• Being available for ‘Get in’ and ‘Get Out’ whether late in the evening or early mornings
• Painting the Studio floor to a professional standard, making sure it is cleared in good time
• Reporting of any damages after shoots to relevant departments and ensuring repairs happen in good time
• Taking stills of the various ‘set up’ or staging that is in the studio, to promote the department
• Assisting the department with admin work such as, raising PO’s, CER and supplier invoice and setting up vendors
