Job Summary
The HR Business Partner, VIMN UK is a key role within the UKNEE HR generalist team. The successful candidate will partner with UK client groups undergoing significant growth and transformation, including Channel 5 and Elephant House Studios. They will deputise for the VP, HR VIMN UKNEE and lead and contribute to projects for the cluster.
Key Responsibilites
Proactively diagnose opportunities to drive business performance and engagement within designated client groups.
Work in collaboration with the COEs to design and deliver outstanding people solutions for the designated client groups, which have a measurable impact.
Contribute to, drive and embed people solutions for the cluster.
Coach, influence, guide and challenge business leaders to build high performing teams.
Design and facilitate team and leadership events.
Ensure our operating model and structures continue to reflect the needs of the business as it grows and evolves.
Help to embed the Viacom values throughout the employee lifecycle and act as a cultural ambassador, role-modelling Viacom’s values.
Continue the integration of C5 into the VIMN portfolio.
Responsible for generalist HR advice and support within designated client groups including the delivery of HR cyclical activity.
Responsible for all recruitment activity within the designated client groups.
Oversee all ER activity within the designated client groups.
Actively contribute to the HR operations transformation, proactively identifying ways for the function to work smarter.
Lead, coach and develop a People Advisor.
Role specific skills
Strong business acumen.
Proven ability to use data and insight to effectively diagnose people opportunities and issues.
Previous experience partnering multiple stakeholders.
Prior experience working within a creative business.
A strong team player with proven experience successfully contributing to virtual team.
Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders.
A true generalist who is not afraid to ‘roll up their sleeves’.
Demonstrable experience optimising processes and ways of working.
Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.
