Full Time Job
This Executive Assistant role provides general administrative assistant duties to the President of Development and Original Programming, The Paramount Network and TV Land, in addition to coordinating small-scale projects for the department.
• Answering phones
• Coordinating and maintaining daily work schedule
• Screening and prioritizing mail
• Coordinate and book all business travel, seminars, retreats, conventions and luncheons
• Submitting & maintaining travel expenditures
• Gathering and distributing materials, documents and information as needed and directed
• Code and process invoices as needed
• Liaison to other departments/assistants on all relevant needs and issues as determined by Manager
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year Agency expereince required.
• Executive Desk experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office
• High organization/detail-oriented skills
