Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the President of Studio Group, which involves heavy customer focus, attention to detail and the ability to support the day-to-day activities of this division.
Responsibilities
included, but not limited to:
* Coordinates Executive’s schedules and makes appointments
Calmly & efficiently manages priority and scheduling changes as they occur Assists Executive in maintaining timely arrival & attendance to meetings & events
* Ensures meeting attendees, phone conference bridges, etc. are on time and in place prior to Executive’s arrival and meeting start time
* Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
* Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence
* Coordinates & arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves & prepares facilities, and records & transcribes minutes of meetings
* Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents
* Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries and compiles documents and expenses for travel-related meetings
Accountable for Travel & Expense processing Resolution of general administrative issues (Includes facilities, supplies, general office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and telecom requests) * Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person
Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree
* Minimum 5 years administrative experience supporting a high-level executive
* Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and internet software

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to represent the President, Department and Company in a professional yet approachable manner. Able to effectively interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management, both in person and on the phone
* Strong organization skills. Ability to attend to details while maintaining a big picture orientation
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize work and proactively manage time in order to remain focused and flexible in a fluid, fast-paced environment
* Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with little or no supervision
