Full Time Job
As an SSE, you will aid Account Executives on Viacom Ad Solutions’ Digital team to maintain and grow existing business for key clients across all digital touchpoints. Your core responsibilities will include internal and external communications, client and agency meetings, and the opportunity to sell and support the sale of digital advertising. You will be responsible for liaising with Pricing and Inventory and Integrated Marketing, and creating compelling client presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Account Executives on client presentation materials, including recommending creative examples, research, solutions and handling deadlines
• Assist Account Executives in maintaining and growing business across: Digital Video, Branded Programming, Influence, Shopper Marketing, Events, and more
• Actively research target accounts and create strategy to break new business and increase share
• Work in tandem with multiple departments on all pre and post-sale needs
• Lead and implement marketing executions across Music, Entertainment, and Kids & Family Networks
• Oversee & educate Client Service Representatives
• Develop and nurture key internal and external relationships
• Collaborate with TV counterparts to provide fully convergent solutions for clients
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in ad sales, with a digital media focus
• Fluent in Excel and data manipulation
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint development (able to build slides and story line)

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
