What is the role
Act as the first contact for sales requests; working both client direct and via Sky Media (3rd party sales agency), bringing the team together to develop ideas and respond to project briefs. You be responsible for the production and delivery of all Branded content campaigns and liaise with cross-functional/cross-regional teams to deliver on projects with strong attention to detail. We are looking for an inspiring leader to show us and our external partners how social technology is changing brand marketing. You will embrace the ‘One ViacomCBS’ approach and encourage collaboration and team working, acting as an ambassador for all VCNI channels, internally and externally! Help us adopt and promote ViacomCBS values and support our culture of inclusion!
Key responsibilities:
• Draft pitch documents in collaboration with the commercial team and attend pitch meetings as required
• Issue call for response and facilitate engagement and delivery from creative/editorial team
• Secure compliance with rights, usage and legal requirements
• Ensure campaigns meet agreed targets
• Resolve issues, track and optimise performance alongside third party optimisation agencies
• Build insightful and robust cases studies and show reels
• Keep track of all the concepts the editorial team comes up with and build monetisation opportunities around this
• Initiate creative sessions with the wider team
• Continually encourage our internal and external sales departments and their clients with proactive branded content and native advertising concepts with groundbreaking ideas and plans to get them executed
• Partner with others on the team to make all ideas shine
• Uncover insights, monitor trends, research innovations
What skills do you need
• Extensive understanding and experience in brand marketing/advertising
• Experience in branded content/native advertising within the entertainment/music genre
• Experience of handling external partner or talent
• Proven experience and skill at running multiple commercial projects
• In touch with emerging social trends, youth audience behaviours and technologies
• Understanding of legal and copyright issues
• Experience bringing an idea on a white board and presentation by demonstrating your full range of storytelling abilities
• Excellent communicator with the ability to manage relationships with partners at all levels internally and externally
• Strategic problem solver
• Pro-active/self-starter
• Eye for detail
• Personable and flexible, maintaining focus and keeping calm under pressure and while delivering to tight deadlines
• Having a network of professional and creative contacts in the U.K and abroad is a plus
• Photoshop skills are desirable
