Full Time Job
The Coordinator of Market Research will assist the Market Research team with the design, execution, analysis and presentation of quantitative and qualitative market research projects to provide insights and recommendations to the Theatrical Marketing team.
• Coordinate, synthesize and analyze daily tracking data from multiple vendors
• Distribute daily tracking analysis internally
• Coordinate ad hoc tracking information
• Collect, chart, and distribute weekly box office predictions
• Monitor competitive campaigns and box office performance in the general marketplace
• Monitor internal production schedules and liaison with production team
• Create and maintain a number of reporting databases critical to the department programs
• Synthesize large amounts of quantitative data and design and create visually appealing, high-level summary documents
• Coordinate test screenings internally and externally: Securing appropriate locations and internal approvals, identifying appropriate demographics, coordinating filmmaker and Paramount needs, managing research vendors, assisting in the analysis of results
• Assist in the design, execution and analysis of research in house using survey software tools
• Provide back-up support to the administrative roles within the department
Basic Qualifications
• BA or BS with a track record of high achievement
• High comfort level with analyzing and synthesizing quantitative information
• Strong PC skills Excel, Powerpoint and possibly data-base management
• Highly Internet savvy
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
• Team player
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
