Full Time Job
The Associate Producer will work with and support Producers, Executive Producers and Creative Director to help develop and produce innovative, relevant and brand-defining creative promos, social content and campaigns for TV Land and Paramount Network. This will include Scripted Series, Unscripted Series, Classic Shows, and Integrated Marketing franchises.
• Edit and produce on-air promotion, short-form creative, social content, tapes and sizzles that reflect the brand and properties
• Help generate compelling creative concepts - including brainstorming, pitching, writing, editing, and producing
• Work closely with creative director, executive producers/producers, writers, video editors, designers, project managers, and production managers in the creative process
• Screen footage, search for music, and oversee edits, voice-overs, sound mixes and the design process to support the creative lead
• Attend all meetings relevant to current projects and serve as proxy for creative lead when necessary
• Partner and collaborate closely with peers to ensure creative concepts resonate, break new ground, meet goals and drive desired results team and brand-wide
• Push creative boundaries and establish high-level executions that super-serve fans and work across all screens/platforms
• Create work that generates excitement and anticipation for TV Land and Paramount Network properties
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years experience in TV or Digital
• Editing and Producing/Writing experience for television and short form content
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere
• College degree

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present and sell ideas
• Extremely organized and detailed, with great time management skills
• Highly collaborative and flexible
• Ability to give and receive creative direction and feedback, and adapt quickly to changing goals
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments and tasks and work against intense deadlines
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with the utmost integrity and respect
• Live and breathe pop culture, including music, current trends, viral content, etc
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines (ie: with design, marketing, social etc.)
• Bring an original and dynamic dimension to the department
• Ability to mediate problems, to arrive at best solution for all involved
• Passion for TV Land and Paramount Network shows, brand sensibility and audience
