Looking for someone to support the Acquisitions and Co-Productions team at Viacom.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Flexible and able to work well under pressure.
IMPORTANT - Detail and deadline oriented, with excellent time management skills. Team player, capable of collaborating with other departments.
Good communications skills, works well with numbers (being able to calculate different sums as the team deals a lot with financials and Excel).
Very good working knowledge of Excel.
Work closely with the VP, Acquisitions and Co-Productions.
Tracking deals and acquisitions information from various studios and companies including historical information and inputting information into databases.
Helping to create deal memos, movie interest lists and trade information as needed. Helping to track shareable rights with sister networks.
Needed research and organization of various assets for deals, meetings and other needs.
Some light Administrative duties (mainly travel and expenses and scheduling).
Possible coverage on various scripts or completed projects that are sent to the team for possible acquisition.
