Analyst / Coordinator, Human Resources - Viacom Media Networks
Do you have a strong analytical and business mindset paired with an interest in Human Resources? If so, join our incredible HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing key support to the Ad Solutions Human Resources Business Partner teams. You will handle and lead all of the day-to-day administrative & analytical data operations to ensure that the department runs efficiently and effectively.
• You will kick off to HR Business Operations Teams for all transactions; liaise with HRBP and business leaders to confirm updates/changes be processed
• You will respond to inquiries from staff employees, project based employees and temps. As appropriate, forward questions to Specialist teams (Benefits, Recruiting, Facilities, etc.) for resolution
• You will maintain current and proposed org charts
• You will run reports and pull data as requested (Attrition, Diversity & Inclusion, Headcounts)
• Manage data collection & metrics data inputs. Develop and compile reports & data related to Human Resources functions including headcount & retention analysis, compensation, performance, & workforce development. Prepare conclusions in charts, graphs or spreadsheets in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner. Perform statistical analysts (retention, headcount, open positions, etc)
• Create HR dashboard content – Integrate user feedback into a continuous process improvement. Modify content based on business unit needs and user feedback.
• Create HR process maps to understand
• Liaise with Specialist groups to respond to questions or validate info for them
• Coordination of admin for major projects – (i.e. Diversity & Inclusion Plans)
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management Information, Math or related field
• You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and identify key trends
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
• Ability to present data & information in a logical, concise manner
Additional Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
• Strong eye for business
• Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of principles and practices in Human Resources preferred
• Enthusiastic teammate; eagerness to learn and grow in HR field
• Ability to be productive in highly fast-paced environment; can establish a work path with little direction and know when to ask for help
• Familiarity with reporting tools and system implementation experience a plus
• Familiar with SQL & VBA, PeopleSoft, Visio and Visier a plus
