Full Time Job
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Central Master Management for Linear and Digital Operations:
• Advertiser Files
• Agency Files
• Brand Files
• Product Category Files
• Time Separation Constraints
• Liaison to Billing & Credit groups for changes to Advertiser and Agency files
• Manage flow-through of changes by Sales in Operational Systems
• Provide Information/Trouble Shoot Problems:
• Inform Sales, P&I of all advertiser, agency, brand and product category changes
• Advise Sales & P&I of correct product and secondary product categories
• Inform Billing, Credit of all advertiser & agency changes
• Work with Billing & Credit to discover solutions to discrepancies
• Producing timely and accurate information for Linear and Digital Ad Sales
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with Wide Orbit & Wide Orbit Hub systems
• Experience working in Ad Sales/Ad Agency
Additional Qualifications
• Proficient Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Power Point
• Strong attention to detail & organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment
• Must be able to manage multiple task
• Ability to learn quick
• Team Player
• Strong communication skills verbal & written
• Strong research ability
• Ability to prioritize. Must be flexible with hours
