VEVO is currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Artist Relations/Client Services for the New York, NY location.

VEVO is a premium music video and entertainment experience created by Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment in partnership with YouTube. This collaboration amongst industry leaders has created a new experience around music videos, music programming and video technologies. VEVO is a global provider and distributor of professionally produced music video, concerts, original web series, artist-generated videos, and curated user-generated videos.

Sr. Manager, Artist & Client Solutions

• Manage day-to-day artist, label and client relation’s activities including working directly with the VEVO programming and sales departments.
• Assist in developing communications to reflect VEVO product & development, programming and sales strategy highlights to artist, labels and clients
• Work closely with the sales team to manage contract administration and cost tracking for all talent, content and brand campaign deals.
• Attend industry functions (concerts, premieres, screenings) to further develop entertainment contacts and educate the industry about VEVO.
• Develop and establish deep relationships with the music entertainment community to further VEVO overall goals.
• Support the Director of Artist & Client Solutions to implement the team’s short and long-term strategies for VEVO.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Digital/online marketing and media experience a must (at least 2+ years)
• Prior working experience using various ecommerce audio or video delivery systems
• Previous experience working for a major label a plus
• Previous experience working directly with rock, alternative and pop music artist, artist management, music label relations and/or talent agencies.
• Microsoft and/or Mac experience with various office programs needed.
• Extremely detail oriented. Must have availability to work weekends and travel when needed.
