• Support asset creation and technical execution using PC-based systems and production tools.
• Contribute to AR/NCam and remote robotic camera workflows as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical and production challenges in real time with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
• Partner closely with producers, directors, technical teams, and studio crew to deliver high-quality programming in a fast-paced live broadcast environment.

• Familiarity with studio, control room, and production workflows from asset creation through final execution.

• Creative troubleshooting skills and sound judgment in fast-paced production environments.
You will be successful in this role by demonstrating Versant's ''How We Do It'' behaviors: building Trust through reliable execution, practicing Teamwork with production partners, bringing Transparency to communication and issue escalation, showing Agility in changing live production conditions, and approaching new technology and problem-solving with Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Bonus points if you have a BA degree or college-level equivalent experience, experience across multiple live production roles, or exposure to AR/NCam, remote robotic camera operations, or advanced studio video wall workflows.
