As Verity Studios' drones come to stages worldwide and production volumes rise, we are seeking to complement our team with a field support specialist, who will assist customers in bringing drone show systems to their venues. The successful candidate will implement support and training processes, and be responsible for the commissioning and continuous sup-port of Verity Studios' drone show systems. This position will require frequent travel to customers' sites.
Verity Studios delivers ground-breaking drone show systems that are purpose-built for the live entertainment and events industry. Its show drones have been featured in a variety of live events, including PARAMOUR, the Broadway show by Cirque du Soleil, Metallica's current arena tour, and at every New York Knicks pre-game show at Madison Square Garden. The unique performance capabilities of show drones provide a stunning complement to the traditional palette of light, sound, stage effects, and human performance. We are excited about using technology to transform live entertainment and other industries, and we are growing our team.
YOUR TASKS
• Implement and execute support and training processes for operators and installation crews
• Plan and commission the drone show systems
• Create and update user support documentation such as user manuals and operational guidelines
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Perform system upgrades, inspections, and maintenance in the field
• Contribute to the improvement of the system by providing issue reports and feature wishlists to the development team, based on customer interactions and on-site obser-vations
PREREQUISITES
• Very good technical understanding
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Very good English skills, written and spoken
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive work style
• Experience in the installation and operation of stage equipment is a plus
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
