Small independent production and financing entertainment company is looking for a self-starter to perform office assistant and receptionist duties.
Duties will include basic reception (answering the phone, greeting clients, copying, faxing) as well as general office support, including ordering supplies, organizing the office, establishing office policies and procedures, and coordinating office needs with outside vendors.
Successful applicate must be proficient in microsoft word and excel. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an outgoing personality are required.
Prior office experience preferred. Proficency in French a plus.
