Digital Marketing Assistant

We're seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant with a passion for music and digital culture. In this role, you'll support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing artist campaigns and day-to-day content planning across multiple social platforms. You'll play a key role in organizing assets, creating high-quality visual content, and managing content calendars. This is a hands-on role that requires strong creative instincts, exceptional organization, clear communication, and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day operations for comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across the company, including posting and scheduling, community management, analytics, ad plans, and email marketing
• Assist in planning social content for multiple artists across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
• Monitor performance and flag any high-performing content or real-time opportunities
• Ensure important dates are not missed and assist in ideating ideas around them
• Create graphics and edit content in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), FinalCutPro, iMovie, or similar software for the Digital Marketing Manager and Artist Managers
• Assist in organizing photo folders and content from photographers in a timely manner
• Daily website, social media, and general online maintenance to confirm all is running properly
• On-site management of digital and social activities at events like photo/video shoots, live shows, etc. as needed
• Support artist managers with tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year in digital marketing/social media management experience in a professional setting
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation & analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of the music industry is a plus
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
• Proficient with all social media platforms, including TikTok
• Experience with Photoshop and video editing
• This is an in-office position located in West Hollywood, CA
