We are looking for an experienced live event industry professional to join our growing team as an Account Manager.

Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for managing events from the initial client inquiry through final invoicing. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients and works closely with our internal production departments to ensure events are properly planned, scheduled, and coordinated.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in the live event production industry and a solid understanding of production equipment, terminology, logistics, and workflows.
Previous account management experience is not required. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in audio, lighting, video, staging, event operations, or production management who are interested in transitioning into an office-based position.
This position reports directly to our Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
-Serve as a primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event completion.
-Gather event details, schedules, production requirements, and other necessary information from clients.
-Prepare detailed quotes and proposals using established company pricing guidelines and production resources.
-Enter and maintain accurate event schedules, equipment information, and project details within our event management software.
-Coordinate with internal audio, lighting, video, staging, and logistics departments.
-Manage multiple events simultaneously while tracking deadlines, changes, and client requests.
-Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal team members.
-Prepare and send final invoices following event completion.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
-Assist with incoming inquiries and new client opportunities.
-Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure projects move efficiently from planning through completion.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
-Five or more years of experience in live event production, audiovisual production, staging, or a related field.
-Working knowledge of professional audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment.
-Understanding of event production workflows, scheduling, and logistics.
-Experience coordinating events, managing projects, or communicating with clients is a plus.

Work Schedule & Environment
-Full-time, in-person position at our Lemont, Illinois office.
-Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
-Most weekends off.
-No regular on-site event work required.
-This is not a remote or hybrid position.
