Job Overview
V10 Entertainment seeks a Business Operations Coordinator to guide the executive leadership team with project management and move across departments guiding strategic and high-focus priorities, ensuring alignment on key projects, and driving accountability for deliverables. This role also will serve as a connector, communicator, and problem-solver - helping to streamline operations while enabling focus on big-picture strategy especially in revenue-generating departments. Must pay attention to details, be adaptable, flexible and reliable. Work must be done with integrity, discretion, and professionalism as information may be sensitive in nature.
This position is at-will as well is a full time, on-site position in West LA.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with C-Suite executives across multiple departments and functions to provide high-level coordination for key projects and initiatives. Serve as a trusted point of contact and representative of executive leadership across the organization.
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones are met and updates are communicated effectively. Facilitate communication between departments to align on strategic initiatives and identify and/or resolve bottlenecks including reporting on them as needed.
• Monitor and report on progress on key deliverables, follow up with stakeholders to stay on target, and proactively escalate risks or delays.
• Anticipate project/initiative needs and provide solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
• Other related duties as assigned that may include supporting others when out of office, projects, job training others on tasks or equipment, etc. These functions are not all inclusive and not intended to cover all possible functions.
We What We Need
• Associate's degree, vocational education, and/or on-the-job experience or combination
• Training in project, business and/or administrative management desired but not required
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in media, entertainment, finance or combination with executive coordination and a focus on supporting C-Suite leaders
• Project organization/oversight experience ensuring projects are completed within scope
• Knowledge of TV, film, or media industry
• Knowledge of the English language and structure, content and context including rules of composition and grammar
• Knowledge to provide service including needs assessment, quality, and evaluation of satisfaction
• Knowledge in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge how to get information whether observation, receiving or obtaining it
• Knowledge of preparing executive-level materials such as presentations, Board packets, reporting
• Active listening skills to give full attention to what other people are saying and understand points being made, including asking questions as needed but not interrupting at inappropriate times.

• Role works generally in office and indoors in an office setting that is environmentally controlled; time spent sitting or stationary at work area with laptop and walking around office including going up and down a set of indoor stairs, and time spend using hands are continually or almost continually. Some local travel using own transportation may be needed to arrive timely.
