• Work closely with the SVP, Brand Partnerships, and internal teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
Account & Partner Management:
• Oversee the execution of sold sponsorships, ensuring seamless integration of brand activations across television productions, branded entertainment, digital, and social platforms as well as owned media assets.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term partnership strategies in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
• Provide marketplace education, thought leadership, and consultative sales solutions to prospective partners.

• Strong relationships with media agency decision-makers and brand-direct marketing executives.
• Experience negotiating complex, multi-platform, multi-year deals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools to track pipeline and revenue progress.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage client relationships nationwide.
• Solution-selling expertise with a strategic, consultative approach.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
