This is a Full Time Job
As a part of the Revenue Strategy team for Smith Entertainment Group, the Revenue Strategy Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the Revenue Department, with a focus on ticketing for the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth. This position will assist in various aspects of data collection, analysis, and reporting to help identify opportunities for revenue growth and to direct revenue strategy. The role will provide insight to our ticket sales and service teams while using multiple analytics and data software platforms. The right candidate will communicate well with stakeholders across multiple internal teams, be a strong problem-solver, a quick-learner, and will have experience working with large datasets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Revenue Strategy team with day-to-day operations.
• Provide support with analyses, research, market research, recaps, and other relevant ad hoc requirements.
• Conduct preliminary data analysis to find insights and help meet business objectives.
• Prepare basic data-driven recommendations to be shared with key stakeholders.
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely completion of routine projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced functions, formulas, or pivot tables is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics tools, such as SQL/Python/R a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo a plus.
• A self-starter who is analytically minded with excellent attention to detail.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
• This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess.
• This person must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
