We’re looking for ambitious, motivated Junior Video Editors who want to develop their skills and build a long-term career with our team.
This isn’t a freelance gig or short-term opportunity. We’re looking for people who want to grow with us!
What You’ll Do
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Create accurate, engaging subtitles and captions.
• Reframe footage, improve pacing, and enhance comedic timing.
• Follow client-specific styles, templates, and editing guidelines.
• Collaborate with editors, account managers, and creative teams.
• Manage multiple projects and meet daily deadlines.
This is a fast-paced production environment. Editors are expected to complete approximately 3–5 projects daily, depending on complexity. Speed, efficiency, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
Who We’re Looking For
• Entry-level editors with foundational experience in Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Understanding of short-form social media content.
• Strong attention to detail and comedic timing.
• Ability to follow directions, accept feedback, and work independently.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Motivated, dependable individuals eager to learn and improve.
