Untitled Entertainment is seeking a full-time assistant in the New York office. The assistant will report to two managers with a diverse roster of high profile talent and literary clients. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, comfortable multitasking and working at a fast pace, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a personal passion for film and television as well as a desire to pursue a career as a manager. The position will entail typical assistant duties, including administrative support and interfacing with high profile clients, agents, publicists, lawyers and executives. One year of assistant experience at a talent agency, personal publicity firm or other relevant entertainment company is preferred. This position is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow at the company.
