Receptionist

This is a Full Time Job

Greets visitors and clients with a positive attitude.
Notifies assistants and managers of visitor arrival.
Maintains security intercom and phone system.
Informs callers by answering inquiries.
Directs calls to appropriate assistant and managers
Maintains employee, department and client directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, and monitoring package log.
Operates phone and email systems by following manufacturer's instructions.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area as this is the face of clients who come in for meetings.
Reports to office manager by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to office as a whole by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Coordinates interns in their internship duties/tasks.
