Assistant to Talent Managers

Opportunity for advancement at a top global management firm. Untitled Entertainment is seeking an experienced assistant to support two talent managers in person at at our Los Angeles office. The desk is high-volume and fast paced.

Responsibilities include rolling calls, heavy scheduling, calendar management, project/client submissions, script reading, and research. Position provides opportunities for client interaction, creative contribution, and growth potential.

One year desk experience at a talent agency or talent management company required to be considered.
