The What
As a key member of the Universal Pictures International Creative Services team you will be supporting the day to day project management of a busy slate of film releases. The London based International Servicing team are responsible for the delivery, servicing and localisation of all theatrical Marketing materials. The successful candidate will be working closely with vendors, local markets and our colleagues in LA. Including but not limited to the responsibilities listed below:
• Supporting the localisation of trailer break materials. Liaising with markets, HO and our vendors.
• Supporting the Trade and Exhibition Manager in the localisation and delivery of trade show materials.
• Supporting the Trade and Exhibition Manager with the IMAX production process - canvassing orders, and liaising with the LA post team, IMAX and the local territories. Dealing with ad-hoc Imax material requests.
• Managing the localisation and delivery of testing materials, working with the HO Research team, Creative, territories and our vendors
• Managing local title canvassing. Responsible for title record keeping for theatrical, down stream and partners.
• Responsible for the collation and sharing of Paid Media Deadlines including OOH, TV/Digital and DOOH. Reviewing responses and sharing reports with relevant HO teams.
• Supporting the title managers in the running of Media Campaigns ensuring all materials are ordered and localised in time.

Essential
• Excellent administration and IT skills including MS Office
• Trustworthy with confidential information
• Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail
• Work well as part of a busy team and keep calm under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to work with people at all levels
• Previous work experience in similar environment
• Passion for film and media
Desirable
• Previous experience using SAP
• Technical knowledge of DCP, AV formats and production management experience
