Finance Coordinator

Universal Music Group is currently seeking a Finance Coordinator for the Universal City, CA location.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position will assist the finance and sales departments in home office plus support field initiatives. Analyze monthly financial results and assist with budget and forecasting at the project, label and division level. The position will need to continually provide new and innovative reporting and analysis to stay ahead of business trends that ultimately facilitates business recommendations to sales and marketing executives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Forecast current and new releases
•Assist in the compilation of plan and forecast sales numbers
•Compile monthly Fontana International project P&Ls
•Compile quarterly UMCG P&L
•Assist in managing in-house marketing spend
•Assist in managing ancillary revenue streams
•Retail analysis to support advertising and program spending
•Field liability studies
•Ad hoc label analysis
