Universal Music Group Distribution is currently seeking a Coordinator of Partnership Marketing for the Universal City, CA location.

Overview

Support Partnership Marketing department by managing UMGD partner proposal process and partner database.

Responsibilities

• Create support graphics for partner presentations
• Compile partner presentations
• Compile UMGD artist information slides for partner distribution
• Create interactive monthly artist newsletter for partner distribution
• Cold call potential partner organizations for appropriate marketing contact
• Research potential partner organizations
• Maintain Partner Database

Requirements:

• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels of our company and our partner organizations
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Proven experience in graphic design and layout
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone skills with ability to cold call
• Excellent knowledge and application of Internet resources
