Receptionist – Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and alert appropriate contacts upon their arrival.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area and enforce security procedures for guests.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Manage and update the daily visitor log.
• Distribute key cards to new hires on their first day.
• Assist guests for in-house events as required.
• Report any workplace service-related repairs or requests to the appropriate team.
• Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Requirements:
