United Talent Agency, headquartered in Beverly Hill is seeking a Receptionist. Previous Receptionists that excelled were extremely organized, articulate, upbeat, friendly and had excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be energetic with a superb work ethic and an ability to remain focused and detail oriented while multi-tasking.
What You Will Do:
• Greeting visitors as they arrive and alerting the appropriate parties of said arrival.
• Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
• Maintaining a clean and presentable Reception lobby waiting area at all times
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintaining the tidiness of the kitchen and guest restroom throughout the day, reporting any problems and restock requests.
• Confidentially is a must
• The job entails basic customer service on a commercial telephone switching system.
• The operator must handle and direct incoming calls, route these incoming calls to the correct individual or department within the Agency, or send to our voicemail messaging system, if required.
• Operators also handle basic questions about the business, including but not limited to hours of operation, directions etc.
• To be a switchboard operator you should have good hearing and a clear telephone voice. Excellent customer care skills.
• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills.

What You Will Need:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work a flexible schedule and commit to this position for a minimum of 1-2 years. Previous experience in a reception, hostess or related role preferred. Superb organizational skills mandatory. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
