UTA Entertainment and Culture Marketing seeks a Manager on the Next Gen Marketing team. The Next Gen Practice focuses on connecting brands with the next generation of consumers through research, insights, strategy, community building and Gen Z resonate creative campaigns. The Manager will take on direct responsibility for managing day-to-day client relationships and communication. They develop and implement client service plans that align with business objectives, oversee campaign execution, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts under the supervision of a Director.

We are a team of passionate marketers and experts with varying backgrounds, who leverage entertainment to create and execute a range of marketing initiatives for clients including: talent procurement, film/tv integrations, studio/network co-marketing and promotional partnerships, content strategy, business acceleration and more.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact across assigned brand accounts
• Lead strategic planning and execution for influencer and creator-led campaigns, including talent recommendations, outreach, and contracting
• Develop and present compelling decks and campaign narratives that align with brand goals and resonate with Gen Z audiences
• Own internal workstreams and cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, and talent teams to deliver on campaign objectives
• Track campaign performance and report on KPIs to clients, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Build case studies and recaps to support business growth and client storytelling
• Participate in agency-wide meetings and share relevant insights and updates with the ECM team
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support efforts to grow client partnerships (''land and expand'')
• Monitor digital and cultural trends to identify rising creators and emerging Gen Z voices aligned with client goals and brand values
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture, sharing knowledge and best practices across ECM and Next Gen
What You Will Need
• 3+ years of experience in account management or social media strategy, preferably at a creative, social media or influencer agency
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• Be completely plugged into social media, influencer and entertainment culture
• High degree of motivation and initiative, the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and critical thinking, and the capacity to problem-solve independently
• Unmatched communication skills that put clients at ease and motivate internal team members
• Extremely knowledgeable about creator landscape, up and coming talent and trends
• Strong ability to vet, recommend, negotiate with and contract talent
• Has a proven track record of working with creators and clients to build impactful campaigns for brands
• Can build talent strategies that are both creative and data drive
• Invested and well versed in Gen Z culture, trends, brands, and insights
