UTA is in search of recent and/or upcoming graduates to join our Marketing & Brand Partnerships Training Program in JULY 2024.
We look for curious, innovative, and hard-working candidates with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills to join the legacy that is UTA. This unique program is focused on providing exposure to the growing part of our business that is Brands & Marketing.
This position is full-time, with benefits, and is in our Beverly Hills office. This role will pay $23 per hour.
What You Need:
• General business knowledge and passion for the entertainment industry
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving, listening skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university preferred
What You'll Get:
During the program, you will be embedded and exposed to a broad range of agency business and can expect to have hands-on training in everything needed to succeed. You will rotate through departments focusing on Brand Partnerships and Marketing, learning about how the agency represents corporate brands. You will garner experience in analysis, planning, client insights, new business, and presentation development and more. At UTA you will be encouraged to use the resources provided to learn skills, foster relationships, and develop into your best self. Participants begin with UTA University, our in-house education program. These curated classes will equip colleagues with the necessary skills needed to thrive in an agency and build a foundation that can lead to a successful career in the entertainment business. Then, based on business needs, participants will apply to work for Agents and Executives of all levels, across all departments, with the goal of obtaining an apprentice style learning opportunity, as an Assistant.
