Our London office, which focuses primarily on Music Talent Representation, is offering 6-month part-time internship opportunities ideal for students finishing their final semester in university. This can lead to full-time employment based on successful completion of the program and top performance.

Internship start & end date: August 1 - December 16, 2022. Application deadline is July 1, 2022.

This is a part time position, 2-3 days a week. Our office hours are 10am – 6pm. Experience is not necessary but strong admin skills, a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in the industry are all essential. Successful applicants will work alongside agents & assistants to gain knowledge of the company and industry.

All internships are paid employment opportunities. Interns are responsible for their own transportation, housing and relocation costs.

Eligibility

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and must be age 18 or older by the time they are hired. Additionally, they will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Description of position: The day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to): collecting and collating ticket sales for artists' shows, managing/creating complex spreadsheets,

updating contact lists, updating artists' diaries, learning how to navigate our proprietary booking and routing system, producing contracts, creating applications for Certificates of Sponsorship (Visas), updating roster information, research-based tasks, and general ad hoc assistance to agents and their assistants.
