Housekeeper

This is a Full Time Job

UTA seeks a professional Housekeeper in Beverly Hills, CA who will be able to attend to our office facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees that will contribute to maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $20.00 per hour.

What You Will Do
• Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms, courtyards, and kitchens
• High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
• Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
• Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Ensure all pantries are stocked based on Agent or Executive preference
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
• Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
• Maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis

What You Will Need
• Previous experience in a similar role
• High school degree
• Experience providing high level customer service
• Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
• Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
• Positive upbeat attitude
• Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
• Must be able to move and lift items up to 25 lbs
