UTA is always looking for talented and experienced Executive Assistants to support senior executives across our corporate departments. We seek candidates with precise, detail-oriented organizational skills and excellent communication and writing abilities. Experience managing heavy phone volume and complex scheduling is essential. A strong understanding of the entertainment industry is also vital for success in these roles.
The salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant years of experience, skills, and expertise. The salary for Assistant roles starts at $23.00 per hour.
What You Will Do
• Phone management: Answer and transfer calls, schedule & coordinate domestic and international meetings
• Calendar management: Manage and organize complex calendar(s). Update, cancel and confirm virtual, in-office and on-site meetings
• Expense Reports: Review & submit to accounting for approval
• Serve as point of contact for executives, Agents and clients
• Travel arrangements which could include personal travel planning and arrangements
• Assist with special projects and personal assisting as needed
What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Previous experience managing an executive desk necessary in areas such as Finance, People, IT, Communications, Strategy and more
• Ability to liaise with key senior-level executives
• Ability to liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients & partners
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Highly professional with excellent judgment and discretion
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Can-do, positive attitude and willing to ''go the extra mile''
• Critical attention to detail and highly organized
