Full Time Job
United Talent Agency (UTA), a leading talent, entertainment, and sports agency based in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a Director, M&A Integration. The Director will report to the Chief Operating Officer and to the Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer, and work closely with other departments to drive inorganic growth at UTA.
What You Will Do
• Play a critical role in supporting acquisitions across film, TV, talent, sports, music, gaming, podcasting, marketing services, and other sectors
• Develop integration plans, with focus on realizing/accelerating M&A value and ensuring a seamless integration experience
• Manage post-acquisition integration activities, set up and run Integration Management Office
• Work with integration workstream leads to ensure efficient and effective delivery on integration plans, proactively identifying and helping remove roadblocks
• Support diligence and synergy estimation
• Prepare polished presentations and analysis for UTA management, UTA board members, and other stakeholders
• Develop and own the M&A playbook, standards, and best practices
What You Will Need
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant working experience post-undergrad, with relevant integration experience from consulting firm, M&A integration role at a company, or other relevant cross-functional roles
• Strong program management experience, including managing multiple projects, team members, stakeholders and priorities against ambitious timelines
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to operate and influence cross-functionally at all levels
• Proactive, problem-solver, highly organized and flexible
• Expertise in Finance, IT or HR preferred, but not required
• Experience in the media, sports, or entertainment industries is preferred, but not required
• MBA preferred, but not required
