Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of experience as a production assistant and a strong interest in creative production and brand narrative at one of the world's leading entertainment companies.
As a Production Assistant, you will support the development and execution of premium content - including photography, video, and digital assets - that bring business and brand to life. From assisting on shoots and coordinating logistics to partnering with vendors and managing asset delivery, you will play a vital role in helping the Corporate Communications team elevate UTA's brand through impactful storytelling.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour.
What You Will Do
• Support a team of producers, editors, and communications executives through multiple stages: development, production, postproduction, and delivery
• Assist with pre-production and logistics for video shoots, photo shoots, content integrations at owned events, and more
• Coordinate scheduling, call sheet creation, location scouting, equipment rental, crew set-ups, vendor management, and billing
• Track creative assets, footage, budgets, and project documentation
• Provide on-set support during shoots, including handling equipment, managing releases, and assisting crew
• Contribute creative research, reference pulls, and brainstorming of new concepts
• Warehouse and publish digital content on internal platforms
• Ensure content is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards
What You Will Need
• 1+ years of experience as a production assistant, preferably at an entertainment, media company or a creative agency
• Demonstrated understanding of video, photography, and digital content workflows and production particulars
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills
• A curious and collaborative spirit, and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• A track record of managing multiple projects at once; a portfolio is desired but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, web-based project management tools (e.g., Asana), CMS, Frame IO, and LucidLink a plus
• Enthusiasm for brand storytelling connected to entertainment and culture
What You Will Get
• The opportunity to learn and grow within a leading global entertainment company
• Experience working on a broad range of editorial projects spanning all forms of storytelling and subject matter related to the entertainment industry
• Opportunities to directly support industry-leading agents, executives, and talent who are shaping the future of entertainment and media
• Hands-on production experience across video, photo, live events, and social content
• A collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment
• Competitive benefits and programs to support your well-being
