Agent Assistant - UTA Music (Nashville Office)
UTA's Music department is seeking an Agent Assistant to join their Nashville office. The role involves supporting agents with client management, scheduling, and administrative tasks. UTA Music represents a diverse roster of talent, managing global careers through recording deals, touring, licensing, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage phone communication and calendar scheduling for internal and external meetings.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, draft communications, and manage task lists.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients/partners.
• Handle expense reports, prepare monthly reports, and submit them to accounting for approval.
• Prepare press kits and other client materials as needed.
• Track contracts, client calendars, and payments using detailed grids.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1+ years' assistant experience, ideally within the entertainment industry.
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and task management skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with key players in the entertainment industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous booking experience, whether professionally or as a college booker in live events/music touring.
• Understanding of UTA's Client Roster.
Compensation:
