Cash Management Representative

This is a Full Time Job

UTA seeks a Representative, Cash Management to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and have a high attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

What You Will Do
• Apply cash receipts in the booking subledger to the proper client booking promptly
• Monitor the receipt of cash, checks, wires, and ACH payments from buyers and clients
• Responsible for researching any unapplied cash to client bookings
• Reconcile cash receipts backup to the booking detail
• Research variances between booking and cash receipt
• Provide backup to other team members who are responsible for client receivable related filling
• Address stakeholder inquiries
• Assist with ad hoc requests

What You Will Need
• 1 year of Accounting experience
• Previous experience within Entertainment or Banking highly preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service focused role a plus
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to explain accounting details and concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
