UTA is seeking an Assistant for the Partner & Co-Head of the Entertainment & Culture Marketing department . Candidates must have the ability to proactively function under tight deadlines and experience managing daily schedules/calendars, as well as preparing for client meetings. Qualified candidates must have precise, detailed-oriented organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and writing abilities. Candidate will have the opportunity to liaise and ideate around some of the biggest brands in the world !
The UTA Entertainment & Culture Marketing team has developed and launched high-impact, creative initiatives for Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, General Motors, LinkedIn, and Lyft, among many others. Marketing brings a wide lens and industry expertise to clients across entertainment and technology, connecting some of the most influential brands to the culture. Ideal candidate will have experience and a genuine interest in the world of marketing, brand partnerships, and a familiarity of the entertainment industry. This is a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter looking to take their career to the next level in the entertainment industry.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 - $25.50 per hour commensurate with skills and experience.
What You'll Do :
• Manage phone, calendar, and research for meetings; schedule virtual meetings and calls, internally and externally
• Build processes that benefit the business
• Expense reports - prepare monthly reports for review & submit to accounting for approval
• Track and review contracts, client calendars and payments through a series of detailed grids
• Prepare and develop strategic brand marketing decks focused on client initiatives and vocalize the findings
• Ideate around brand partnership opportunities and event initiatives for UTA E&CM clients
• Conduct research on behalf of existing clients and share relevant news and trends with internal working team
• Maintain spreadsheets and draft correspondences for partners and clients
What You Need
• Minimum 1+ years' experience , a plus if working in an assistant capacity
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required
• Experience with an entertainment company , preferred
• Strong ability to liaise with clients, senior-level executives , and colleagues
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously
• Highly proficient technical skills with Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of UTA's Client Roster
