Full Time Job
UTA is seeking a Guild Relations Executive Assistant to support our Guild Relations Department in our Los Angeles Office. The Guild Relations Assistant will handle a variety of administrative duties, will be integral to the contract administration process, and will support the Business Affairs - Guild Relations Executive. Qualified candidates must have precise, detailed-oriented organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and writing abilities.
What You Will Do
• Interact with TV and Motion Picture Literary Agents, Assistants, and Accounting Executives to gather relevant data for Writer Agreements
• Acquire client agreements and update the document management report
• Conduct research, compile data, and analyze client agreements to determine sharing status of clients
• Update WGA client list and work with TV and Motion Picture Lit Coordinators on onboarding materials with new writer clients
• Coordinate with data team to ensure new information is updated in internal system
• Coordinate with Sales Ops to ensure contracts are uploaded to internal system
What You Will Need
• Minimum 2+ years administrative experience, preferably working with contracts at a studio, law firm or network
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Ability to liaise with key senior-level executives
• Ability to liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients & executives
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Highly professional with excellent judgment
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Can-do, positive attitude and willing to ''go the extra mile''
• Critical attention to detail and highly organized
• General business knowledge and interest in the News and Broadcasting business
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, Word, & Internet research
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly intense client service work environment
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Slack, Concur, and Workday)
