UTA ' s Endorsement s & Voiceover department is seeking an Agent Assistant. The Endorsements & Voiceover department focuses on bringing artists together with leading global brands. These partnerships can range from brand ambassadorships, paid red-carpet dressings, TV commercials, digital campaigns, Super Bowl campaigns, social media one-offs, and more. -
The ideal candidate will have the ability to proactively function under tight deadlines and have experience managing daily schedules/calendars, as well as preparing for meetings. Qualified candidates must have precise, detailed-oriented organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and writing abilities. -
What You'll Do
• Work directly with talent, buyers, and brands to execute closed endorsement deals and coordinate logistics -
• Track and manage incoming endorsement offers and castings -
• Partake in pitching clients and tracking active castings -
• Assist in proactive outreach on behalf of clients -
• Oversee and track all ongoing negotiations? -
• Manage phone s , schedule meetings and calls, both internally and externally?? -
• Manage and maintain spreadsheets, and draft communications? -
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels & departments, external clients & executives -
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients and their work to prepare pitch materials
• Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments through a series of grids - -
What You Need
• 1+ years' assistant experience, a plus within the entertainment industry? -
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required? -
• Highly proficient technical skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)? -
• Knowledge and curiosity for key players throughout the entertainment industry. Knowledge of advertising industry a plus.? -
• Understanding of UTA's Client Roster? -
