Job Title: Data Entry Assistant

Position Summary:
The UTA Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit formed by UTA, is seeking a Data Entry Assistant. The role involves maintaining databases, processing donations, managing calendars, and providing administrative support for the foundation's philanthropic initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot the foundation's database, with experience in Pipedrive, Deed, and Asana a plus
• Process and track donations and incoming donation requests
• Manage heavy calendar schedules and coordinate details for meetings and events
• Liaise with non-profits to collect details and create program ads
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
• Proactively manage projects and processes to benefit the team
• Liaise with internal staff and external non-profit partners
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an assistant capacity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Slack, Concur, Workday)
• Professional demeanor with excellent judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required
