Full Job Description
UTA Speakers, a United Talent Agency company, seeks a full-time Client Services Assistant in the New York Office. The ideal candidate is someone with a clear and professional phone presence who prides themselves on organization, can multitask, follow directions well, and works effectively with others. Candidates should have a positive and professional disposition, be proficient with PC tools, and have the ability to quickly learn and prioritize tasks.
What You Will Do
• Receive and process department phone calls
• Enter call details into the database
• Assist the Events Logistics department and Speakers division with administrative tasks
• Support the accounting department by sending and following up on invoices and creating payment statements
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned
What You Will Need
• 1+ year of experience in an office setting
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or a related role is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Positive and self-motivating attitude
• Superb organizational skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
