UTA is seeking an Analyst who will be responsible for the design and development of data preparation, reporting, and decision support analytics. You will play a critical role in developing standardized reporting templates, analyzing requirements, designing, creating, managing, and fulfilling requests for the agent population and the various clients we represent.
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Perform data profiling and database structure research in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use
• Participate in data governance policy creation, management, and analyzing potential impacts of policy choices under consideration
• Document and maintain data standards, partnering with functional and business data owners to map existing HR data structures, usage, and common definitions
• Design, build, and execute efficient and accurate control structures to assess data quality and compliance to data governance policy
• Provide consultative support for HR clients, advising on policies, standards, and guidelines
What You Will Need
• Experience dealing with complex problems and navigating to appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency using reporting and analytics tools like SAS, Cognos, Power BI.
• Skill and ability to interpret and understand the needs and concerns of collaborators to generate appropriate follow-up analyses, reports, and identification of potential planning priorities.
• Ability to work as a cooperative team member across all levels of the organization, while also having strong independent skills.
• Experience using SQL and structured programming techniques.
• Attention to detail, organization, be proactive, think logically, prioritize work, both independently and in groups, work with numbers, maintain confidentiality and follow policies and regulations.
